kquant may process account and session data, technical logs, strategies, trading events, billing records, support requests and encrypted API credentials.
Data is used to provide and secure the service, save research, connect exchanges, execute rules, calculate fees and prevent abuse.
kquant never requests a seed phrase or wallet private key. Exchange credentials are encrypted and used only for selected features.
Minimum necessary data may be shared with infrastructure, payment and communication providers, the selected exchange and authorities under a lawful request.
Data is retained while needed for the account, obligations, security and disputes, then deleted or anonymized.
Users may request access, correction, deletion or restriction where the applicable law provides those rights.
Before deletion, stop automation, inspect open positions and revoke credentials directly at the exchange.
Controls include access restriction, secure transport, password hashing, credential encryption, logs and backups. No system is perfectly secure.
kquant is not intended for people under 18.
