2. Purposes
Data is used to provide and secure the service, save research, connect exchanges, execute rules, calculate fees and prevent abuse.
3. Credentials
kquant never requests a seed phrase or wallet private key. Exchange credentials are encrypted and used only for selected features.
4. Recipients
Minimum necessary data may be shared with infrastructure, payment and communication providers, the selected exchange and authorities under a lawful request. Cross-border transfers use the required legal basis and safeguards.
5. Retention
Data is retained while needed for the account, obligations, security and disputes, then deleted or anonymized.
6. User rights
Users may request access, correction, deletion or restriction where the applicable law provides those rights.
7. Account deletion
Before deletion, stop automation, inspect open positions and revoke credentials directly at the exchange.
8. Security
Controls include access restriction, secure transport, password hashing, credential encryption, logs and backups. No system is perfectly secure.
9. Minors
kquant is not intended for people under 18.
10. Requests
Privacy requests can be sent to privacy@kquant.app from the account email; reasonable identity verification may be required.
