kquant provides software tools for creating, testing, statistically validating and technically executing user-defined trading rules.
kquant does not assess suitability, manage user capital or guarantee any financial outcome.
Users must be at least 18, provide accurate information, protect access and report compromise promptly.
Funds remain on the user's exchange. The user creates, limits and may revoke API access directly at the exchange.
Users are responsible for legality, exchange availability, strategy settings, position size, leverage and taxes.
The service fee is 10% of each positive closed live-trade result, capped at 100 USDT per calendar month. Flat and losing trades create no fee. If a trade is executed on a strategy subscribed to through the marketplace, its author additionally earns 5% of that trade's positive result; this share is paid on top of the kquant fee and does not count toward its monthly cap. If a user registered through a referral link, the referrer earns 50% of the kquant fee actually charged (after the monthly cap applies, not of the trade result or the marketplace author's share).
Access may be limited for maintenance, security, incident response or mandatory requirements.
Circumventing limits, interfering with the service, illegal activity and API abuse are prohibited.
Software, data, exchange APIs and model results may be inaccurate or unavailable. Risk controls are not insurance.
The current version is published on this page. Material changes may also be communicated in the account.
Historical, statistical and model results do not promise future returns. kquant provides computational tools and technical execution, but does not assess whether a specific trade is suitable for a user.
